PCB Types We Manufacture

Custom Your PCB

PCB Layers

Common PCB layers include single-sided, double-sided, and multi-layer boards. When choosing, consider the complexity of your circuit. Simple circuits use single or double-sided boards. Complex circuits benefit from multi-layer boards.

1.Single Side PCB

The Single-Sided PCB stands out as the most straightforward and prevalent type of printed circuit board. It was the first platform to connect electronic parts and make working systems. The consumer electronics industry used these boards. They were important for device connectivity.

2.Double Side PCB

Double-sided PCBs have circuits on two layers. These layers are connected through Plated Through Holes (PTH) based on the design. This complexity surpasses that of Single-Sided PCBs.

3.Multi Layer PCB

A Multi-Layer PCB has more layers compared to a Double-Sided PCB. The board has many layers with holes connecting them. This type of PCB is more complex than a Double-Sided PCB.

Main Types of PCB Materials

01. Standard FR-4

Standard epoxy-glass laminates, are widely used for general-purpose rigid PCBs.

02. High-Tg FR-4

With higher thermal stress, they offer excellent thermal stability, low CTE and anti-delamination performance, ideal for multi-layer PCBs exposed to repeated soldering heat. Common use: industrial boards, automotive electronics, power modules.

03. Halogen-Free Materials

Eco-friendly PCB laminate. Halogen-Free materials are eco PCB laminates with restricted bromine & chlorine. Low toxic fumes when burned, for green electronics which have environmental requirements.

04. Rogers / Low-Loss Laminates

Rogers laminates are high-frequency PCB substrates with stable Dk and ultra-low dielectric loss. Perfect for RF, microwave, high-speed, controlled-impedance designs.

05. PTFE-Based Materials

PTFE (Teflon) laminates are premium high-frequency PCB substrates. They provide extremely low dielectric loss and stable Dk across wide frequency and temperature ranges. Well suited for microwave, mmWave radar, antenna and satellite communication circuits.

05. Aluminum Core Materials

Metal substrate with Aluminum-based metal-core structures. This materials are superior in thermal performance, commonly evaluated for power electronics, LED systems, and other thermal-management applications.

06. Copper Core Materials

Copper base PCB substrate has outstanding thermal conductivity. It can quickly dissipate heat from high-power components to reduce junction temperature. Widely used for high-power LEDs, power modules and automotive electronics.

07. Polyimide Materials

Polyimide-based materials can support bending and compact packaging. They are flexible & high temperature resistant substrate widely used for flexible PCB (FPC) and rigid-flex circuit structures.

08. Ceramic Materials

Ceramic substrates feature excellent thermal conductivity and high insulation strength. They maintain stable electrical performance at high temperatures, ideal for power semiconductors and high-density power modules.

09.

Custom Specified Materials

Polyimide-based materials are widely used for flexible and rigid-flex circuit structures because they can support bending, compact packaging, and elevated-temperature environments.

What To Prepare Before Requesting A PCB Quote

To receive a faster and more accurate PCB fabrication quotation, please prepare your Gerber files or fabrication drawings together with the main manufacturing requirements. Clear project information helps our team review your PCB structure, material selection, surface finish, testing needs, and delivery expectations more efficiently.
Before submitting your inquiry, we recommend preparing the following details:

  • Gerber files or fabrication drawings
  • PCB type or application description
  • Layer count
  • Board dimensions and thickness
  • Base material requirement
  • Copper weight
  • Surface finish requirement
  • Quantity and target delivery schedule
If some details are still under review, you can still send the available files and project notes first, and our team can check the fabrication requirements based on the current data package.
